RHODOPHYCEAE
·       
These are mainly merain water alge  few are fresh water alge.
·       
These are red colour alge due to presence of
r-phycoerithrin & r-phycociamine
·       
The reserve food material is florebean starch.
·       
Flejela are absent.
·       
These are multicellular.
·       
Eg – btrachospermom.
CYANOPHYCEAE

These are fresh water alge.
·       
The colour of alge blue green .
·       
The colour of alge blue green due to presence
cphycocemine and xynthophil pigment.

These are yellow green alge.
